The union is currently involved in the trade of Steel, Ferro Alloys, and other raw materials to their wide customer base. We have also expanded in handling and coordinating the activities between various industries and work with a Global Clientele. The Company is also working with its group company under the brand name "Simport" for launching a digital platform to facilitate global trade for local importers.

Somani Kuttner India Private Limited

A joint venture with Steel strength between the Somani Group and Küttner Group to provide technology solutions to the Steel Industry. The company provides ingenious services to enhance the productivity of Steel plants including installation of specialized plant and machinery and providing critical and innovative process inputs. We have also provided many turnkey solutions in the area of processing and material handling to the Iron & Steel and foundry industry.
Have completed many such projects related to combined blowing technology, desulphurization of hot metal, coal dust injection, waste heat recovery, etc at the biggest Steel plants across India such as SAIL, TATA Steel, Ispat, Jindal Steel, Essar Steel, ArcelorMittal etc along with serving global Steel plants like RioDoce (Brazil), Ansteel (China) etc.

Uni-Coke Private Limited

Somani Group in 2008, collaborated with Uhde GmbH, the world leader in coke oven design and technology to build and offer compelling solutions for Coke Oven design and technology services. The ingenious design and engineering solutions of the company are mainly provided to customers in the Coke making and Steel industry. The company, under an exclusive license from Uhde, offers products like Coke oven batteries, coal towers, coke oven machines, etc.
Company has also partnered with Beijing Huatai Coking Engineering and Consulting Co Ltd., Beijing (BJHT), to offer state-of-the-art technology for Coke Dry Quenching including installation & site services, which is now a mandatory installation for any new Coke Oven / revamping of old batteries.
