Mr. D.K. Somani, Chairman of the Somani Group is a M.A in Economics from Agra University. After working in the family steel mills his vision drove the Group into the international business. He pioneered the exports of Indian steel products. The decade old joint-ventures with world leading compaines are a testimony of the ethical values.
He is also the Chairman of the Somani Foundation, a leading Philantrophic organisation.

Mr.Atul Varma has more than 35 years of experience in management and administration in the public sector steel industry in India. He is M.Sc. in Mathematical Staistics from Lucknow University (1971). He was Executive Director
of International Trade Division and coal import group in the Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) prior to joining the Group. |

Mr.Anil Seth is a Science Graduate and having a post graduate degree in Management from Calcutta University. He has Domestic and International experience in Steel and Metallurgical industry spanning over 35 years. He is with the Group for the past 10 years and is widely experienced in international marketing.
He heads The Group's Steel & Raw Materials Division. |

Mr.Vinu Dasan is an engineer with a post graduate qualification in management. He has vast experience in the fields of process technology with stints in various departments spanning marketing, production, and project implementation. He has been with the Group for the last 10 years.

Mr.D.K.Jain belongs to an old Jain family of Delhi dating back to 1830. He did M.Sc. in Chemistry from Hindu College, Delhi University.
He joined Somani group in 1981. Since then he is with the Group and during the past 28 years has worked in various capacities in the group companies. He has experience in international trading of steel, shipping, taxation and legal matters
of the group.
Presently, he is Vice President (Legal & Shipping) and also Director in various group companies.
